4.Avoid exercising how good and generous you are with your body.

5.Choose your friends wisely.

6.Be contended with what your mother,father or Guardian can offer.

7.Avoid watching pornographic films,movies and songs which trigger sexual feelings

8.Avoid comparing your life style with others

9.Avoid private places where opposite gender can pounce and prey on you.

10.Go home early

11.Avoid taking alcohol to maintain your self control

12.Be focused,have your own stand.Be the best care taker of your body and your future life

13.In case of any Rape and defilement see a medical officer immediately

14.Threaten people who seduce you that you will report them to your father,mother,Guardian and in extreme cases if they insist report to the police.

15.Don't take advice from the failures.

16.Reduce your appetite for money, free gifts and incentives.
